Internal GOP memo leak lays out near term legislation obstruction plans

The approval rating of the Congress is in the crapper because the Rethugs are filling it with bullshit. Last night Senator Mitch McConnell stalled the process by calling for a reading of all 500 pages of the Lieberman-Warner bill. A linked memo hints at what else they have in store:
