Did Cheney just admit he lied us into a war?

Cheney, in the lead up to Iraq, was out on Meet the Press peddling the story of Mohammed Atta meeting Iraqi intellegence agents in Prague. He said it was "pretty well" confirmed and now he says he never had evidence. He just made stuff up when he went in front of Russert.
