Okay, I hate to be the voice of dissent on this one but WHERE WERE ALL THESE PEOPLE when Missouri was the first state the pass this same constitutional amendment 7 years ago?

Change sometimes takes awhile s. city.
I plan on going. I know how you feel, S. City, but maybe this will open some minds in Missouri. You never know.
