It's truly a sad for Floyd fans. Richard Wright, the group's keyboardist died today from cancer. He was 65.
What this guy did for the sound of the band can be seen by comparing "Dark Side of The Moon" to the only album he was not on "The Final Cut."

I agree. If you hear his solo album Wet Dream, you see what he could have added to Animals if Waters had let him! I posted a tribute at my blog too, at http://isorski.blogspot.com/2008/09/pink-floyds-richard-wright-passes-at-65.html.
